What we collect
Your gym, full name, mobile number, date of birth, food preference, fitness goal, interests and one photograph. Email is optional. We collect only what is needed to run the event and check you in.
Why we collect it
To confirm your place, avoid duplicate registrations (one registration per mobile number per event), plan food and activities, and identify you at check-in using your photograph.
Your photograph
We store it privately and do not publish it unless you separately agree to that. We remove location and camera details from it and keep a resized copy. It is deleted automatically 90 days after the event.
Your choices
Registering requires agreeing to this notice. Receiving marketing messages and allowing event photos to be shown publicly are separate, optional choices and never a condition of registering.
Who can see it
Authorised Lean Life Café team members organising the event. We do not sell your information.
Access, correction and deletion
To see, correct or delete your registration, write to privacy@leanlifecafe.example and quote your registration reference.
